I’ve been buying grow gorgeous products for just over a year now they are great usually buy from look-fanatic but recently justmylook .
I love the original scalp oil so was happy to receive my intense oil and probiotic scalp treatment -within a few hours of using it my head started itching I didn’t put it down to the products straight away though and continued to use it over the week until I could no more I feel like I have millions of nits in my hair/head it’s so bad even waking me throughout the night!i reached out to the company to understand but they are so useless.
All they wanted to know is why did I not talk to justmylook about it?um it’s your products
Then when did I buy it order number so on so on-
Then they tell me we can’t refund or replace um yeah I wanted to know about the reaction I never mentioned a refund or a replacement which they said they won’t give as didnt order from them 🙄 obviously.
No answer to my question quite unprofessional replies I was only reaching out to see what went wrong it’s your product and you can’t give a simple reply but just keep telling me I can’t have a refund which I didn’t ask for!!

Delivery very fast

I absolutely love the way my hair feels and smells!! This is probably the best product I have tried and I gotta to say it really works to restore a healthy shine and touchable softness that I have always wanted. I can see a visible difference in the length and volume of my hair when I started using this product six months ago. I suffered from Telogen Effluvium as a post covid condition and I was losing my hair so I decided to give Grow Gorgeous a try and I became a loyal customer after seeing proven results in three months. My hair has never looked or felt better, Thank You Grow Gorgeous!!

Loving the product and noticing a difference in my skin. I just wish there were more “how to” videos on the website explaining the difference between products. I was debating weather to get the intense or original serum and couldn’t find anything that explained what the dif between the two were so I just stuck with original.

Inexplicably cancelling my order and notifying me so late makes me wait so long for nothing

After waiting for more than 2 weeks. Order was cancelled. So disappointed!!!

I have used this product sparingly over the last few months and am seeing lots of baby fine new growth in the places I applied the product.

I placed my order in July, it's now September and some items still haven't arrived from two separate orders. They said the items were out of stock, so I said I'd wait. I've tried contacting customer service numerous times for updates, but I'm just getting automated responses now. I think I've been scammed out of £70+.

I like their products, but I wouldn't recommend buying directly from them. I might look for alternatives based on this experience!

Also, one of the items is part of a birthday present, her birthday has passed and she is still waiting for the conditioner to go with her shampoo! Really terrible customer service.

I started this process recommended bu my colleague and I am satisfied because my hair is soft and gently and less falling hair.

I really love these products. My hair is much healthier and it smells amazing all the time. I’ve tried both the defense and repair duos. They are both equally amazing.
